At the heart of the journey is a patented fire chamber. An engineered lift system allows precision temperature control by raising and the lowering the heat source underneath the cook chamber. This is accomplished with an effortless turn of an external flywheel.
Inside the upper cook chamber are adjustable racks for smoking or baking. Below the racks is a flattop griddle and open grates for traditional bbq style cooking.
Crafted responsibly from 90% recycled steel and reclaimed hardwoods these heirlooms are also built to last for many generations.
